Cynthia was a great agent to work with. Unfortunately we had a ton of bumps along the way, which made the process extremely frustrating. One critique I had was maybe a little more assertiveness on her side to get the process moving a little quicker, with less extensions on our closing date; however a lot of the issues were out of her control. Cynthia did great with communicating and helped us to finally close the deal in the end.
